Hero Signs

What is a Hero Sign?
A hero sign is a deeply personal way for your team to honor a loved one or community such as: those living with kidney disease, transplant recipients, living donors, caregivers, healthcare professionals, those we have lost or our kidney community as a whole. Your team submits a photo and/ or quote to feature on your personalized team sign. The 18x24 signs are meaningfully displayed along the 2025 New Mexico Kidney Walk route and yours to take home later.
How do you get a Hero Sign?
For any team that raises $500 by May 16, 2025 we will create and display your hero sign on walk day. *Only one hero sign per team
