WHY I WALK I walk because my family 10 years ago lost my aunt to kidney cancer. This hit my family hard. My aunt use to walk for different nonprofit organizations to show her support. After my aunt passed in March of 2014, my family then found out about the kidney walk! Just recently losing a family member to kidney cancer was a way to cope with her death.
