Why I Walk

I walk in honor of Melanie Muñoz. I had the blessing to meet a wonderful soul who succumbed to kidney disease.  It was really hard seeing how kidney failure changed her entire life within such a short time. I walk in hopes of providing much needed funding for all patients. Whether it be for medication, research or even more comfortable chairs at dialysis centers.
