Why We Walk

Ruby's Jewels has joined others throughout the country to fight against kidney disease. On May 19, 2024, we’ll walk for our loved ones, colleagues or friends who cope with this devastating chronic illness each day – and for those who lost their fight too soon.

This year we're celebrating 6 years kidney strong for our dad, Ruben Turner! We are forever grateful for the donors, recipients, hopeful donors, would-be recipients, families on all sides, and the care teams, organizations and researchers who make it possible.
