Why I Walk

Hello Friends and family, 

Kidney disease and the mission of the National Kidney Foundation are very personal to me. I am walking in the Kidney Walk on May 21, 2023, to raise funds that support the National Kidney Foundation.

As someone with Chronic Kidney Disease, and needing a kidney transplant, My day-to-day is good, I do have some bad days where I don't do anything but I still try to stay active. I was diagnosed with Kidney failure in Nov. 2019 and spent many days and nights in the hospital. When the doctors came in and said "Mr. White your kidneys are failing and you will have to start dialysis right away. Wow, what a stab in the heart. My whole world changed. This is something that I never expected to happen to me. 

That's why I'm building a team for this event called White's New Life, and I need you by my side to help me reach my $250 goal by May 21, 2023.
