Why I Walk

I walk for my baby girl, she's not a baby anymore she's six, and all the families who have had any sort of struggle with kidney disease or kidney setbacks. 

When my little one was 15 months old she was diagnosed with HUS. Her kidneys completely shut down and she ended up on dialysis for a little while. Her doctors and nurses were phenomenal. They supported all of us so much.

That is why we will be walking with Akron Children's Hospital. To support all the families like ours.
