Lace up and join us!
We are walking again in 2022 and we invite you to walk with us.

After two years of LacingUp virtually, we are thrilled to welcome you back to the Kidney Walk we all love! We are excited to offer two journeys to match your comfort level this year – in-person and virtual.  Your health and safety continue to be our number one priority, so please bear with us if there are any changes along the way.

Still need a reason to participate?
Our community is united together to make a difference for all who are affected by kidney disease.
  • Every step you take gives a voice to the suffering of kidney patients across the country.
  • Every dollar you raise drives innovation in research, advocacy and transplantation.
  • Every post you share is a tribute to those we’ve lost – a call for better care and longer lives.

COVID-19 Alert

Your health and safety continue to be our number one priority. NKF’s staff, board of directors and healthcare advisors are closely monitoring the on-going Covid-19 pandemic.  We are currently planning to host these events in-person.  Our safety procedures were created in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. If a change to the current program needs to be made, we will provide you with detailed information on those changes and how we’ll be connecting the kidney community in that situation.
Please Note: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, people with underlying medical conditions and older adults  are especially vulnerable.

By attending an NKF Event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Let’s have fun and help keep each other healthy.
