We walk to support an Uncle, Godfather, Son, Brother, Former Marine and retired NYPD Officer. My Uncle Jose a.k.a Cholo is in desperate need of a Kidney he is in complete Kidney Failure and on Dialysis. Those considering testing to be a match contact Transplant Coordinator, Michelle Kessler at: 631-444-1656 in reference to Jose Centurion, Kidney Recipient. 

Dialysis has taken away from everyday family activities and traditions. We walk to support funding for innovative treatment options, awareness of Chronic kidney illness and for those in need of information around Kidney Disease, Failure or Dialysis.Please share this link, raise awareness and help us find a match!

Our Team Name Meaning: Centurion is our Family Surname, Jose is an NYPD Officer with 23 years of service from the 77th Precinct.
